Madtown Girls Class-October Week One
I am amazed in the improvement we are seeing one month into the Fall session. The girls are developing their core strength. This week in the girl's classes we will go over the three gymnastic body positions, Hollow, arched, and straight. Ask your daughter to demonstrate them for you.
On the beam we will be working on a variety of jumps, including the straight, tuck, split and straddle. On Bars we will work on Pull-overs, while on the floor we will concentrate on rolling of all kinds.
These are the focus skills for the week. You will also see us working with your daughter on a variety of other basic gymnastic skills.
